Emma Hatcher

Emma Hatcher is a recipe developer, food stylist and content creator based in London and Brighton.

She has training from Leith's School of Food and Wine and her debut cookbook, The FODMAP Friendly Kitchen, was published by Yellow Kite. It was chosen by The Telegraph and the Evening Standard as ‘One of the best (sensible) healthy eating books of 2017'.

Her recipe e-book, called Spring, was sent out into the world in 2021 and has since been featured in Guardian Feast, Telegraph Food Online and Stylist Magazine.
