I'm Emma Hatcher, a recipe developer and food stylist based in Brighton and London.

Three years at Borough Market (running their social media and doing lots of other fun things), lead to freelance life and I now split my time between developing recipes, creating content for brands and clients and styling delicious plates of food.

I have training from Leith's School of Food and Wine and my debut cookbook, The FODMAP Friendly Kitchen, was published by Yellow Kite. It was chosen by The Telegraph and the Evening Standard as ‘One of the best (sensible) healthy eating books of 2017'.

My recipe e-book, called Spring, was sent out into the world in 2021 and has since been featured in Guardian Feast, Telegraph Food Online and Stylist Magazine.

Content creation and recipe development clients include: Ocado, Coconut Collaborative, Smeg, Tala Cooking, Symprove, Field Doctor, Holland & Barrett, Marks & Spencers, Tesco, Dr. Oetker, Food Network, AEG and Panasonic Kitchen

Food styling clients include: Doves Farm, Freee & Green Chef (Library Agency), Tails.com (Mischief PR), From The Hip Video, Bay's Kitchen, The Gut Feeling app & Wiskit
