My debut cookbook, The FODMAP Friendly Kitchen, was published by Yellow Kite. It was chosen by The Telegraph and the Evening Standard as ‘one of the best (sensible) healthy eating books of 2017’.

I published an e-book called Spring in 2021. Filled with 30 seasonal recipes reviewed by Dietician Kaitlin Colucci, it has been featured in the Guardian Feast, Telegraph Food Online and Stylist. From every sale 99p is split between The Trussell Trust and The IBS Network.
